Pilates for BALANCE & ROTATION (inner thighs + obliques + biceps)
Week 2
Pilates for POSTURE & LOWER BACK PAIN (outer thighs + back body + hamstrings)
Week 3
Pilates for PELVIC STABILITY (outer glutes + inner thighs + triceps)
Week 4
Pilates for WALKING & RUNNING HEALTH (glutes + back core + lats)
Week 5
Pilates for POSTURE & LOWER BACK PAIN (outer thighs + back body + hamstrings)
Week 6
Pilates for PELVIC STABILITY (outer glutes + inner thighs + triceps)
Classes structure
- 15min warmup + mobility work
- 30min deep core work
- 30min specialized work on targeted muscle groups
- 15min cool down + deep stretch
