At Vessel Studios, we offer a wide range of yoga and Pilates classes designed to support strength, mobility, mindfulness, and recovery. Our class schedule reflects our commitment to creating accessible and meaningful movement experiences for everybody, regardless of level or background.

Open Flow
Move through a series of fluid, energetic movements linked to breath. Except to flow continuously through sequences targeted to build strength, endurance, balance and flexibility.
Best for: All levels, everyone!

Power Flow Yoga
Expect a strong and well-rounded flow that taps into your body, focusing on building internal heat by flowing through poses at a faster pace than open level. Power flow is a full-body yoga practice that strengthens body and mind.
Best for: All levels and abilities, those looking to build strength and spice up their flows.

Yoga-Pilates Fusion
This hybrid class combines the flow and breathwork of yoga with the core strength and alignment principles of Pilates. A well-rounded full-body class.
Best for: All levels, especially those looking to build strength and stability.

Yin Yoga
A slow-paced, meditative practice where poses are held for longer durations to target connective tissues and improve joint mobility. Yin yoga promotes deep relaxation and stress relief.
Best for: All levels, especially those seeking stillness and recovery.

Restorative Yoga
A deeply relaxing class that uses props to support the body in restful poses. This practice activates the parasympathetic nervous system and helps reduce physical and mental tension.
Best for: All levels, including beginners and those recovering from stress or injury.

Mat Pilates
Focuses on core strength, posture, breath control, and body awareness. This low-impact class uses controlled movements to build endurance and align the body.
Best for: All levels, including beginners and those cross-training.

Pre/Postnatal Pilates
This class offers pregnancy-safe movement to support your changing body through every trimester ( even the 4th!) . You'll build strength, ease discomfort, and prepare for birth with breathwork, core stability, and pelvic floor awareness.
