Yoga Classes
Power Flow Yoga
Restorative yoga focuses on holding passive poses for extended periods, promoting relaxation and reducing stress by engaging the parasympathetic nervous system.
Duration: 45 minutes
Pilates Classes
Mat Pilates
Focuses on core strength, posture, breath control, and body awareness. This low-impact class uses controlled movements to build endurance and align the body.
Best for: All levels, including beginners and those cross-training.


Specialty and Community Classes
Donation-Based Community Class
These pay-what-you-can sessions are open to all and emphasize accessibility and inclusion. Taught by our core instructors or guest teachers, they provide a welcoming entry point for new students.
Best for: Everyone. These classes embody our community-first values.
