Additional Requirements:
30 Practice Hours (at least half of which have to be at Vessel)
10 Observation Hours (at least half of which have to be at Vessel)
10 Hours Unsupervised Practice Teaching (with another trainee / feel free to invite friends)
8 Hours At-Home Homework

If you miss a weekend, you are expected to make it up privately at a rate of $100 per hour paid directly to lead instructor. (Every two hours of missed group is equal to one hour of private make-up).
Every student will leave with 2 routines that will be provided by the lead instructor + an additional routine that they will create themselves and discuss/check with lead instructor over the last week of training.

Following training, there will be an opportunity to host 2 community classes at the studio if interested in teaching at Vessel. Lead instructor will determine if more community classes are needed before trainee gets on schedule.
