Paige is a masterful yoga teacher, with over 20 years of practice and 12 of teaching experience. Her classes thoughtfully combine elements of the physical-yoga, pilates and functional movement- as well as somatic-mindfulness techniques and directed breathwork-o weave a grounded, embodied experience. She is known for her articulate and approachable teaching, inviting self-exploration, curiosity and self-compassion into her classes. In addition to teaching yoga, Paige is a dancer and music enthusiast and loves working collaboratively with other artists.

@eleonoreweill French-American vocalist and multi-instrumentalist Éléonore Weill creates and performs soulful interpretations of Klezmer, Yiddish, French, Occitane music. Her original compositions are inspired by these musical traditions. For this collaboration, she will play a variety of wooden flutes and auxiliary percussion to weave a hypnotic melody enhancing mindful movement. Her work can be found at www.eleonoreweill.com.
