Hello 2024- Techno Yoga

Join Vessel for a special end-of-year class set to groovy techno beats. Co-led by two of our instructors, Rachel and Jessanya, we’ll take some time for reflection and journaling, setting intentions for the new year in the power of a collective. Then we’ll ground down with meditative breathwork before an intermediate-level* upbeat flow.

You’ve got to see it to be it so come with your big visions and burning desires.
