Acro Yoga with Jessanya + Riki

A playful workshop building trust, confidence, and connection through the practice of AcroYoga. 

Jessanya and Riki will guide you through a partner warm-up, creating a comfortable atmosphere  fostering deeper connection. Then we will immerse ourselves in the practice of AcroYoga, discovering and moving between the fundamental poses: bird and folded leaf. For those inclined, there will be exploration of the therapeutic side as well. And of course, plenty of practice time at the end! 

This class is open to ladies only. No partner or prior experiance needed!
