Christina is a yoga lifestyle enthusiast and practitioner who earned her 200-hour RYT in Rishikesh, India. Her hatha vinyasa style classes are full of mindful movement and productive playtime. With emphasis on the body, breath connection, Christina’s classes guide students through fundamental yoga postures. Hints of pranayama, meditation, yin, and ashtanga are often sprinkled into Christina’s classes.
