Pilates Mat - Women Only
Pilates Mat is a pilates training practice that can be done on a mat, meaning, no reformer is used. In this class, you hold movements like planks, side planks, and core exercises to build your muscle groups and core strength
For classes please cancel at least 2 hours before class starts. For private session please cancel at least 12 hours before start of session. Failure to do so will incur the full fee of session.
