What is Breathwork?
Breathwork is a broad term that is used to describe processes in which various forms of breath are used as a conscious tool to help us manifest transformation in our lives. These transformations can be physical, emotional and spiritual, and also have the capacity to provide deep clarity and release.
What Breathwork is:
● A trauma release tool
● A healing modality
● A meditative state
● An integrative experience
● A method of attaining clarity and expanded awareness
● A path to connect with Self, Higher Self, and Hashem
● And more
What Breathwork is not:
● Yoga
● Gentle meditation
● A “class” where you will be lectured to and taught techniques
