Dancing Skeleton

This playful workshop will teach a fun framework within which to improvise abd choreograph dance. There is no need to know anything beforehand and definitly no need to be a "good dancer" (whatver that means.)

Facilitator Bio: 

Shayna is a yoga teacher and dancer. Movement  has always been a part of her life and continues to be through various dance forms. Most recently, training in improv dance with Michelle Boulé and Nicole Walcott at Mountain dance fest in Montana.

She facilitates workshops to bring people together through experimentation and play. She believes that everyone has creativity to share and aims to create spaces where it feels fun and comfortable to discover that.
